Club Car Wash Operating LLC (“CCW”) will provide you with an opportunity to opt in to receive text messages on your wireless device. By opting in, you (i) consent to receive autodialed marketing calls or text messages from or on behalf of CCW or any of its affiliates at the number you provide, and (ii) acknowledge and agree that your information may be processed in accordance with, and you are be bound by, CCW privacy policy (which you can view here or by clicking the “Privacy Policy” hyperlink at the bottom of this page). Your consent to receive marketing calls and text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving any products or services from CCW or any of its affiliates.

How to opt out: You can opt out from future messages at any time by replying STOP from your device. You agree that if you request to opt out from future messages, we may send you a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you cancel your membership, and then re-sign up for a membership, you will be entered to receive messages again and will need to opt-out again.

CCW may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program without notice. T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
