I would give them a 5 IF they had a closer location to my house & if they continued to stay open until 8:00PM in the winter instead of 7:00PM. I’m kind of in the middle of a couple bigger cities and that means that’s where the washes are. It’s about a 35 min drive one way to either one. I barely get to use it now that it closes at 7:00, which is a big bummer. Other than that; the employees are always smiling and friendly, ready to help which makes for a great atmosphere. The wash does a really good job, and the fact they give you a towel and sometimes air fresheners is amazing!! I have 3 boys so you can imagine how often my truck needs to be cleaned: the vacuums are super duper as well!! Keep on growing ;)

Our truck was so dirty, we were turned down at another car wash. Not Club Carwash though! Not only did they wash it, they did an awesome job! It's the cleanest our truck has ever been! Thanks to the two guys who did a superb job!!

I was in the area hunting for the week and had a week's worth of mud on my truck. They took the time to stop the tram, and power wash my running boards, fender wells and entire truck before running me through the wash. At the exit they had a guy doing hand drying. We don't get this at my hometown club car wash.Outstanding Service

This was my first time at this car wash. Very much impressed with the staff and throughness of the wash. The cashier was informative and very courteous, along with being professional and helpful. My Terrain still has a great shine and smooth to the back of the hand rub. The vacuums and cleaners and microfiber towels were very well stocked and the whole area coming into the wash and inside the wash and detailing areas were very clean and pleasant to the eye, especially to a first time out of state customer. Please recognize your staff for a job well done and I will be returning.

I’d like to comment on your guys working at the Lebanon site. I wash my 2 vehicles at least twice a week and the guys are always extremely happy with their jobs and always look over the vehicles before starting their work. They are young but professional! I don’t know any of them outside of their work. I have used several of your facilities but Lebanon stands out! Thank You For Such An Awesome Place To Take My Car & Truck 🤠

Club Carwash had very friendly staff. They all greet you with a smile when pulling into the wash. Club Carwash had improved by providing a nice overhead cover at each Bay and installed air hoses for your convenience. I hope every person that pulls thru gives these guys and gals a tip. They work in all kinds of weather and they deserve to be rewarded extra.

Took my mom's car there, they did a great job. It's usually parked under trees, so there was a lot of gunk on the hood and roof. The pretreatment is most likely the miracle worker, but I'm not sure.
