How Do I Transfer My Membership to a New Vehicle?

After purchasing a new vehicle, Club Car Wash makes it quick and convenient to transfer your Unlimited Wash Club membership.  

1. Gather Necessary Information 

  1. Current FastPass Details: Make sure you have your current FastPass account information (located on your windshield), including your barcode account number on your inner car door.  

  2. Vehicle Information: Have the details of your new car ready including make, model, and vehicle color.  

2. Contact Us 

  1. Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service department. This can typically be done via phone, email, or through our manage membership page: 

  2. Request Transfer: Inform them that you’ve purchased a new vehicle and need to transfer your FastPass. Provide the necessary vehicle information and any account details requested. They will then provide the pickup location for your new membership materials. 

  4. 3. Visit Location
  • Membership Location: If you’d prefer, head to your Club Car Wash membership location and one of our booth attendants will create your new FastPass based off of your former membership ID, as well as the corresponding door bar code. 

Using a rental car? No problem!  

Stop by your membership location or contact our customer service line, and they’ll make a note on your profile. Make sure to have your rental details ready for quick and accurate processing. 

By following these steps, you can smoothly transfer your FastPass and door barcodes to your new car or rental, ensuring uninterrupted access to your membership.
