Fill out the survey on this page. You will recieve a confirmation email. KEEP THIS EMAIL TO PRESENT TO THE BOOTH ATTENDANT WHEN CLUB CAR WASH OPENS.
On or after July 21st, 2022 head over to 50 W Pioneer Rd, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.
Present your confirmation email and a valid ID to the booth attendant.
The booth attendant will enter in your information and help you apply a FastPass tag to your windshield that will then work in the Express Member Lane at all Club Car Wash locations!
