I had the greatest customer service from Assistant Manager (Christian) at the Marbach Rd location in San Antonio TX. Have tried to get a 12-month pass activated I had received from the company headquarters. We’ve been staying in Victoria TX and there are no Club Car Washes nearby. So the past three visits to my father-in-law’s in San Antonio we went to a Club to activate our pass. The first two times I meet with the manager on duty, explained the situation, they would look in their computer, see the note there, not understand it, and said they couldn’t do anything. I mentioned that their headquarters said if there was any questions just have them call us. But both said no. Today we stopped at Christian’s location. First thing he did was shake my hand and introduce himself and ask what he could do for me. He patiently listened to my situation and past experiences. He quickly got some paper, took down my information, stated, he would go into his office, call headquarters and see what was going on. Few minutes later he came back for some more information, returning again in just a few minutes. He clearly explained what had happened, took care of it and got my pass activated. Through the while process Chris professional, patient, was focused on me the customer. Club Car Wash be proud of Christian and his highly focused customer service skills.
