Got back from a 3500 mile road trip and hit about every bug imaginable and pulled into club car wash on Johnson and the young gentleman at the entrance noticed the bug mess and took extra time to clean it up for me. I hope he sees this and knows how much it means to me he did this. Also I left a large tip on tip box for him!

I asked them which car wash to use to get all the bugs off my car. I was very disappointed with my car wash as all the bugs didn't come off so I talked to the manager. He hooked me up with another car wash and made it right. I highly suggest this place for your next car wash

A good CC that doesn't jack up the pressure on the rinse jets so high they strip the finish on your car! Some of them do it to cut down on the soap and should be outted for it! Your safe at this location though for sure!

The people you first meet are kind, courteous, and informative. Sometimes, the computer system lags and makes for a minor setback with the speed going into the wash. No fault to them, technology flakes sometimes. The wash itself is well maintained, so it doesn't cause damage to the vehicles. Outside at the vacuums, it is clean, and they work wonders. The customer's bathroom is clean.

Get my car washed here at least once a week. The attendants are attentive and get the cats through quickly. Just wish they'd keep towels available as you drive through gates. Usually there's no towels.

I’ve had a VIP subscription to Club Carwash back when it was Tiger and many times the service was hit and miss.. I recently visited the sandman location at Providence/Nifong in Columbia and spoke with the GM about an issue. I can say that the current GM at this location (Gunnar) took care of me and made me feel valued! This type of customer service is rare, but club car wash did something right when they hired this fella! 10/10 recommend the Sandman location over all others in Columbia for the top notch support and customer service! You will not be disappointed going to this location!

When my wife got her new hybrid I signed her up for the MVP she satisfied she likes to wear her car get clean so she can just stay in the car she loves how she can take her time and vacuum out her vehicle and for the price I have no problems if someone complains about the service then they need to wash their own car LOL until then I am a car wash Club member
