The Club Car Wash chain does a very good job in providing an automatic car wash, with self-serve vacuuming and detailing. The various locations all have excellent, well maintained equipment, that generally provides a good wash. As with all automatic washes, the rear door/window/bumper of SUVs tends to not get thoroughly cleaned. The greatest variable is the pre-wash treatment by staff. Most of the time it is fairly thorough, but at times it is mediocre at best. This seems to be more dependent on how busy the location is at the time, rather than a training or management issue.

I have never been disappointed with the wash. I live on a dirt road, so my vehicle gets pretty bad sometimes.

Friendly customer service experience, and the monthly membership is actually a great deal! One of the ladies that works there finally convinced me to do it, and I'm so glad I did! Despite living on a gravel road, my van basically always looks like it rolled right out of the showroom!

Love Club Car Wash. I signed up for MVP package. It does an amazing job. My only complaint is the tire shine sprays the whole side of the car from front tire to back tire. So you end up with tire shine all over the paint of your car along the bottom of the doors. And also all over your rims. I have to wipe it off my car every time. When I down grade my package I am hoping to get a package without tire shine. Not easy getting it off paint it just smears.

Alyssa at the 1604 & Marbach location noticed we were military and upgraded our plan to the next tier and offered us to try the different air fresheners. She even handed us towels as we came in. This is the the type of great customer service we like. Keep up the good work young lady!

My Granddaughter loves going because of all the colored soap and lights. She is 7 and easily impressed.I like going because my car is always clean when we are done.Their vacuums have lots of power and really get the grime out of the floors and seats.They also offer towels and window cleaner at their locations.I've had a membership for roughly 2 years. One doesn't need a membership to use the car wash or vacuums. They have $10 Tuesdays. Probably have other deals I'm simply not aware of.

Compared to other car washes that I've use, Club has consistently cleaned my vehicles much better.
