Great place. I love that they have workers right before you enter the car wash who power wash the underside of the car, especially the wheel wells where salt and snow like to gather. If you visit, get some cash or your phone out at the beginning to leave a cash or virtual tip! After the wash, you have your usual bays with vacuums. They will give you a complementary towel at the beginning too. Will definitely be back.

Great hardworking young people! Always plenty of towels. They do a great job presoaking the vehicle. When the vacuum gave me an issue, they immediately fixed it. Great young people there!

I have tried all of the car washes in the KC Metro area & finally have my “home” car wash centers! Club Car Wash is the best yet! Always consistent & always friendly wherever I go.

I don't have much experience with many other car washes, but they do a great job here. Soooo much better than Zips. They have several convenient locations, prices seem fair and competitive (better than others it seems), and the hours aren't terrible; although, in my world midnight would be a better closing time. Lol. Pipe dreams.

Car wash near COSTCO off Metcalf: Best ever car wash!Coffee service inside not good. If not out of coffee it's lack of cups. (The black lids not the right size).Drive through service for car is very good!

I had a thick sheet of snow/ice on my roof and bed cover, not realizing how much was actually there. The team was very attentive and did a great job removing all snow and ice before I went into the wash. I appreciate their hard work 👍🏼

Have been using Club Car Wash now for a year, and have been very happy with the quality of the wash, and all the amenities. The vacuums, air, and towels make it a perfect place to do constant maintenence to keep my truck looking new.

Love the place! Staff is amazing and very friendly!!! You might want to have staff park away from the spots needed for customers using vacuums. This is sort of a recurring issue and not convenient when the place is crowded. There are currently 4 employee cars closest to the office and restrooms today. Absolutely no need to discipline your amazing employees, just a suggestion for better customer satisfaction.

The guys were awesome! We came in with our F150 covered in snow and ice. The attendants really worked to get all of the ice off of the entire truck. They did a great job!

I was here on January 1st for a quick wash. I had just purchased a 2025 kia Carnival and it was getting rather dirty on our long drive home. I can’t even begin to tell you how professional and courteous this staff was.The attendant asked if it is a new vehicle and I told her yes. She complimented me on the style/look as I was paying and then I proceeded through the wash. I noticed extra attention was being given as I pulled up to the wash. There were several attendants looking around the exterior as they pretreated. At first, I thought they must be just admiring the car. Then I realized, the staff was ensuring the safety and security of the trim/exterior as I went through the wash. An attendant walked through along the wash the entire way through, looking top to bottom, just to make sure my car stayed in tact. At the end, he gave me a nod to let me know all was well. Never in my life have I seen so much care go into one customer.If I could give Club Car Wash more stars, I would. This team knows what they’re doing and they do it well.Thank you Club Carwash for your attention to detail and your stellar customer service.

I had the greatest customer service from Assistant Manager (Christian) at the Marbach Rd location in San Antonio TX. Have tried to get a 12-month pass activated I had received from the company headquarters. We’ve been staying in Victoria TX and there are no Club Car Washes nearby. So the past three visits to my father-in-law’s in San Antonio we went to a Club to activate our pass. The first two times I meet with the manager on duty, explained the situation, they would look in their computer, see the note there, not understand it, and said they couldn’t do anything. I mentioned that their headquarters said if there was any questions just have them call us. But both said no. Today we stopped at Christian’s location. First thing he did was shake my hand and introduce himself and ask what he could do for me. He patiently listened to my situation and past experiences. He quickly got some paper, took down my information, stated, he would go into his office, call headquarters and see what was going on. Few minutes later he came back for some more information, returning again in just a few minutes. He clearly explained what had happened, took care of it and got my pass activated. Through the while process Chris professional, patient, was focused on me the customer. Club Car Wash be proud of Christian and his highly focused customer service skills.
