Get my car washed here at least once a week. The attendants are attentive and get the cats through quickly. Just wish they'd keep towels available as you drive through gates. Usually there's no towels.

I’ve had a VIP subscription to Club Carwash back when it was Tiger and many times the service was hit and miss.. I recently visited the sandman location at Providence/Nifong in Columbia and spoke with the GM about an issue. I can say that the current GM at this location (Gunnar) took care of me and made me feel valued! This type of customer service is rare, but club car wash did something right when they hired this fella! 10/10 recommend the Sandman location over all others in Columbia for the top notch support and customer service! You will not be disappointed going to this location!

When my wife got her new hybrid I signed her up for the MVP she satisfied she likes to wear her car get clean so she can just stay in the car she loves how she can take her time and vacuum out her vehicle and for the price I have no problems if someone complains about the service then they need to wash their own car LOL until then I am a car wash Club member

Coming from a guy who has built multiple car washes, I can say that Club Car Wash has a quality product and service. The attendants have always surpassed my expectations. We also have two vehicles that have memberships that we used to take to a bay wash because I have a fear of scratches from the wraps, but I have no damage to report at this time.Keep up the great work, and I will remain a member.

Friendly people love how fast it washes then at the end blow the car almost dry then I pull in to vacuum and clean inside window and then wipe my dash from dust and off I go

Fantastic place to get your wash, if you go thru and arnt happy, they won't hesitate to send you back thru. Free vacuum with wash, will spray your mats for you. Free towels to dry if needed. Also offer membership

I love going to the car wash, but mainly because Club Car Wash is the best! Their customer service is fantastic. As a rubber mat girly, I have come to terms with the fact that I won’t get to use those cool carpet mat cleaner machines. That is… until Club Car Wash recently started washing rubber mats for you if you bring them to the front of the wash! I’m so impressed. I’ve been a member for years and will continue to support them.

This place is great! A quick wash that actually cleans my car, not leaving any residue, resulting in a nice clean shine when it’s dry. High powered vacuums clean the inside great. I love the machine the scrubs the floor mats! Free clean towels and windex to use at your disposal is an added plus. And if you clean your car a lot, the monthly VIP club is totally worth the $40 and more! I do ride share (Uber/lyft) and have to clean my car several times a week. I can get in and out of here super quick and get right to work!
